Approval of Minutes Mr. Forte motioned to review the minutes from 7/28/09; Mr. Fleuette seconded the motion and the Board voted unanimously. The Board discussed an amendment to the minutes. Mr. Forte motioned to approve the minutes as amended; Mr. Fleuette seconded the motion and the Board voted unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
EDS Request Letter The Board reviewed and acknowledged.
Food Inspection Compensation Schedule The Board reviewed and acknowledged.
NEW BUSINESS
None
CORRESPONDENCE
The Board reviewed and acknowledged the following correspondence: Fincom Meeting Schedule and Mendon BOH Emergency Management Meeting Request. Mr. Fleuette stated he would draft a letter of participation in regards to the Mendon meeting. Per Mr. Fleuette the letter will go out next week.

Mr. Forte motioned to pay the following bills; Mr. Fleuette seconded the motion and the Board voted unanimously:

Mr. Forte motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:50 pm; Mr. Fleuette seconded the motion, and the Board voted unanimously to adjourn.
